- All alumni are responsible to inform the President, Vice-President or the Concert Master in advance if they were to be absent for any rehearsal.
- All alumni will receive SMS or Phone Call only when any rehearsal will to be cancelled last minute.
- All alumni are responsible to update the President, Vice-President and the Concert Master of any changes to their contact numbers or email address.
- Full attendance and punctuality will be greatly appreciated.
